Terms of use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is older, to create an account. Rewire is not directed at children and we do not knowingly let anyone under 18 sign up.

Rewire is still being built. Features can change, break, or move, and the curriculum and plans can be adjusted as the product develops. It is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, including no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Rewire is behavioural training software. It is not a licensed advisor, gives no personal financial advice, and never connects to a broker, sees your positions, or handles your money. Scenarios are practice, not recommendations, and nothing in the app predicts markets or guarantees a trading result.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your password and, if you paid on the landing page, your access link private. Anyone who has your access link can open your account, so treat it like a password. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to your account.

Free stays free. During early access, Essential ($10) and Pro ($20) are a one-time payment, not a subscription, and keep that plan active for as long as you have an account, our thanks for buying early. If it is not for you, email us within 14 days of payment and we will refund it. After early access ends, new Essential and Pro signups move to monthly billing at the same prices; anyone who bought during early access keeps their one-time plan. Payment is processed by Stripe; Rewire never sees or stores your card details.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the curriculum or source code.
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account or access link to someone else.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or the plan a lesson requires.
• Use the service for anything illegal, abusive, or intended to harm Rewire or another user.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

The Rewire app, its curriculum, drills, design, and branding belong to us. Paying for or signing up to a plan gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own practice, not a licence to copy, redistribute, or build a competing product from it.

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, is inactive for an extended period, or where we reasonably believe it is needed to protect the service or other users.

To the extent the law allows, Rewire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any trading or investment loss, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud, or the consumer guarantees described below.

If you are a consumer in Australia, nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding what you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally by emailing us first, it will be handled in the courts of Australia.

We may update these terms as the product changes. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do, and continuing to use Rewire after a change means you accept the new terms. If a part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
